This is an ongoing group that meets weekly in the church office. Breathing Underwater, Spirituality and the Twelve Steps by Richard Rohr is our text.

Through study, prayer, worship, and reflection, EfM seminar groups journey together through scripture, church history, and theology.

IT’S TIME TO LAUGH!
WHAT TO EXPECT
Karen and Linda are Certified Laughter Yoga Leaders. They will guide you through 30 minutes of laughter and breathing exercises that are fun and easy to do. The exercises help you to move out of the chronic stress response that many of us find ourselves in these days and into the relaxation response. No experience required, and all ages are welcome! You may sit in a chair or stand for the class. Come ready to share your smiles and laughs and get ready to receive all the health benefits!
