Our Vestry
At St. Patrick’s, six members of the parish are elected at our Annual Meetings to serve on the Vestry for a three year term. Get to know our current Vestry, and say hello the next time you see them! You are always welcome to contact Vestry members via the Parish Office.
In Episcopal parishes, in addition to the Rector, the Vestry is the governing body of the parish. A vestry is what others might call a “church board” or “board of directors.” With the Rector as spiritual leader (and presiding officer), the Vestry lives out the mission of our congregation, supporting St. Patrick’s by word and deed. They offer their gifts for ministry to the tasks of ensuring effective organization and planning, and managing our resources and finances. The Vestry are the trustees and stewards of our congregation.
