Stewardship | Annual Pledge 2027

Dear Friends in Christ,

Jesus tells his disciples, “In my Father’s house there are many dwelling places” (John 14:2). There is plenty good room in God’s household: for those who have been here for decades, for those who have just arrived, and for people we have yet to meet.

That is the invitation at the heart of our 2027 pledge campaign, Plenty Good Room. It is expressed in the question I asked at the Sunday worship celebration marking ten years of ministry together:

How will the grace we have received become flesh among us now?

It becomes flesh in the worship we share, the children we teach, the friendships we tend, and the care we offer our neighbors. Our pledges help make that life possible. They are one way we respond to God’s generosity, each according to the resources entrusted to us.

Over the next four weeks, we will reflect on the life we share and explore how God’s own life can become flesh in us as we consider the work before us in 2027. Your Vestry and I invite you to pray, consider what you can give in 2027, and return the enclosed pledge card by Sunday, October 25.

As we begin our Jubilee Year, celebrating ten years of ministry together, we remember that the Saint Patrick’s vineyard belongs to God. By God’s grace, there is plenty good room, and there is still good work for us to do.
